Employers
We recognize that employees of external firms operate under distinct policies. Phoenix Trade strictly prohibits any engagement where a client seeks information about an advisor’s current employer.
Additionally, if a project requires detailed analysis or long-form participation, we require written consent from the advisor’s employer prior to proceeding.
If you’re an employer with policies regarding employee participation in external consulting, we invite you to share them with us. We continuously refine our compliance framework and welcome the opportunity to collaborate.
